In all, 10 large boxes containing pasta, chewy bars, salad dressings and domestic products were given by the Tr\u00e9sors de la Fondation thrift shop team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Great idea<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDenis Boutin, a former employee of the Fondation, had the idea. We thought it was a good opportunity to do our part for the Media Food Drive and the disadvantaged families in the region,\u201d explains the executive director of the Fondation M\u00e9dicale, Daniel Desjardins.<\/p>\n<p>The Fondation M\u00e9dicale plans to provide more food and non-perishable goods to the Guignol\u00e9e organization next year. \u201cStarting in the middle of the year, we will encourage people to bring us their grocery donations and we will give them on to the Guignol\u00e9e Media Food Drive next December,\u201d explains Mr. \u00a0Desjardins.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>An additional helping hand for the Guignol\u00e9e Media Food Drive thanks to the Fondation M\u00e9dicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d\u2019en-Haut.
