Employees, volunteers and doctors at the CISSS des Laurentides in the territory covered by the Fondation M\u00e9dicale have priority in buying tickets until July 30. After that, ticket sales are open to the public.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to participate<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tickets cost $150 each. Participants can pay through weekly source deductions ($3 per week). \u00a0All you have to do to reserve one is call the office of the Fondation M\u00e9dicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d\u2019en-Haut at 819-323-4565. We will then send you a form to fill out. The coupon is also printed on this sheet.<\/p>\n<p>The goal of this lottery is to support the mission of the Fondation M\u00e9dicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d\u2019en-Haut, which is celebrating its 28th anniversary this year.
