OUR MISSION<\/strong>.<\/h1>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text el_class=”.a-propos-content”]Since its founding in 1990, the mission of the Fondation M\u00e9dicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d\u2019en-Haut has been to improve and support the health and well-being of the population through the acquisition and modernization of medical equipment for health establishment in the MRC des Laurentides, MRC des Pays-d’en-Haut and the city of Saint-Donat and Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci.<\/p>\n

Moore than 9, 500,000$ of equipment has been acquired since 1990. The Fondation M\u00e9dicale des Laurentides et des Pays-d’en-Haut serves 32 municipalities across the territories of the MRC des Laurentides and the MRC des Pays-d\u2019en-Haut, as well as Saint-Donat and Notre-Dame-de-la-Merci in the Lanaudi\u00e8re region. The population of our territory, more than 80,000 residents, has access to the services of the Laurentian Hospital in Sainte-Agathe, 7 CLSCs, 6 CHSLDs (long-term care facilities), 1 senior housing, 3 test centres, 5 health co-ops ans some FMG (familial medicine group).<\/p>\n

The roots of the Fondation are now a tree. At The Fondation M\u00e9dicale, we believe that the people and all the families of the MRC des Laurentides, des Pays-d’en-Haut and the city of Saint-Donat should have access \u00a0at the best quality of health care as close as possible of there house and as early as possible.<\/p>\n
